I just ordered this book. My daughter Meredith is 5 years old. She looks exactly the cover of the book except she lost her eyebrows too. For buying this book, I'm hoping when we start reading it together. She would feel comfortable going anywhere without wearing her hat. She has a wig but she only wore it one time and my niece pulled it out. It hurt her because the wig was double tape to her scalp and she was embarassed in front of the crowd. She was a flower girl, she looked very pretty with her wig. I guess my niece didn't like it because my daughter Meredith was getting attention. That's why she never wore it again.
