FULL DAY SCHOOL VISIT:

Generally authors give six 30-minute presentations. In an elementary school, that's roughly one per grade level. Or, if schools prefer, he or she will give four 45-minute presentations. Some authors require a different format, so contact Health Press NA Inc. for specific author information.

 

HALF DAY VISIT:

Authors will give three 30-minute or two 45-minute presentations. Some authors require a different presentation format, so contact Health Press NA Inc. for specific author information.

 

BOOK PURCHASE:

Books can be purchased at a specially discounted rate for school presentations. Our authors do not sell their own books – you must have a staff member prepared to handle the transactions. We accept school purchase orders, credit cards or school checks. Because of the special school presentation 50% discount you have the ability to use this as a fund raising event for your school. Receive a 50% discount on the purchase price, and resell at retail for a 50% profit. This is a great way to add to your school’s library collection, teacher classrooms, or school nurse’s office.

 

TO SET UP A VISIT TO YOUR SCHOOL:

We are happy to coordinate an author visit to your school. Simply contact Health Press NA Inc. for fees and author availability. In order to make travel more efficient, we try to set up a block of three or four days per trip. After choosing a mutually convenient date, we may ask you to contact other schools in your area to see if they would like to have the author visit at the same time. This also helps to spread out travel expenses.
